I call BS on that. The sons of Ragnar were never on Ragnars level. They were only famous because they were his sons. Let’s see them start from the bottom as just a farmer. The ONLY one worthy of their Father and didn’t spit on his name when he was still alive is Ivar. He’s the only one. Bjorn earned Valhalla certainly. But only him and Ivar earned Valhalla. The rest not so much. Though Bjorns death was deserved he got arrogant and full of himself. He got that arrogance and selfishness from Rollo. Not that I’m saying Rollo is his father, it’s clear Ragnar is but Rollo still influenced Bjorn. It’s basically Bjorns fault Ragnar was beat back during the last Paris raid, and therefore his fault that Ragnar was disillusioned by all the selfish glory hungry people around him. Including his brother, His son, his wives. They all got power hungry. They all scavenged off the success of Ragnar. None of them were loyal to him except Ivar. And therefore Ivar is the only one worthy of standing next to his father in reputation.
